The sign that I chose to include was the FedEx office Sign. The thing about the sign that I believe makes it a Typography is the way the kerning of the words are cleverly aligned that create an arrow between the E and the lower case x. The baseline is clean and straight which causes it to have a smooth and pleasing visual. I have always appreciated FedEx's logo as the typeface was simple and classic while also being recognizable.

I believe the FedEx logo stands out among other logos because the fact that it is able to be recognizable and specific without having to use a unique font or graphic. The logo of the franchise is simply the name of the franchise.
